The ability to communicate with employees outside of the office is great. It really provides us with more flexibility in how we can operate. While it does provide this benefit, there are some areas where they could improve. We have found that when we have had issues outside the office, it takes them longer than expected to respond. They should work on improving their customer service and responding speed. We are using StayHome.AI to help our team better collaborate while working remotely. This provides the opportunity for us to see the team together as one.
