Excellent Experience With Overall Good Communication

The ability to communicate with employees outside of the office is great. It really provides us with more flexibility in how we can operate. While it does provide this benefit, there are some areas where they could improve. We have found that when we have had issues outside the office, it takes them longer than expected to respond. They should work on improving their customer service and responding speed. We are using StayHome.AI to help our team better collaborate while working remotely. This

Pros
  • Usefulness
  • Ease of use
  • Availability/easy accessibility
  • Reliability (reliable)
Cons
  • I dislike seeing multiple emails sent through different platforms or channels rather then just having an organized manner.
  • Customer support seems less responsive

Easy Platform To Use For Managing Your Teams

I like that the platform is easy to use and that it has a lot of features to help you manage your teams. I also like that the platform is cloud-based and that you can access it from anywhere. I dislike that there are not a lot of guides on how to use the platform. I also dislike that it is not a lot cheaper than other similar platforms out there. If you are looking for a platform that is easy to use and can help you manage your teams, then this is a good platform to use. I am using it to manage

  • Easy way get started
  • Features include time tracking,
  • Project management tools/features , etc.
  • Great customer support team available 24 hours per day via email or phone call (and they do speak Spanish)
Cons
  • Costly compared with others.
  • Lackluster training courses offered through their website

Incredible support from top-tier professionals

StayHome is an amazing team that really cares about your success. They are constantly making updates and working with clients to ensure they're solving problems at all levels of the organization. There's no way to communicate with team members unless you are in a direct email conversation, which can be challenging if you've been out of the office for a few days. We have worked with StayHome for over two years now, and it has significantly improved our ability to be nimble as we operate…

Pros
  • I love how easy it is to communicate with other team members with Stay Home
Cons
  • I wish there were more opportunities to communicate with team members through direct messages

Great Tool For Organizing Your Remote Team

I like that StayHome is able to provide me with all of my team's information in one place. It makes it easy to keep everyone organized and informed about what they need to be doing. The dashboard can sometimes feel cluttered when there are multiple people working from home at once. Sometimes it takes awhile before you get an update or response back after sending out something through StayHome. If your looking for a way to communicate effectively with your employees while maintaining some…

Pros
  • Easy access
  • Great overview view shows where every time slot we've scheduled someone.
  • Ability To schedule recurring meetings (i wish more clients provided these)
  • You're allowed 2 reminders by text if needed..so helpful since most responses take up too much space
Cons
  • Minor Issues
