So I bought this along with a suction cup roof rack for my car. Not wanting to put a dirty, muddy, muddy wheel in my clean car, I decided to bring a bag to carry the front wheel. The description states that it can carry wheels with tires fitted. I don't know what universe this is. Can fit 2-26" wheels with tires on em, 2-700c wheels on em. However, it ONLY fits the inside of my front tire and then ONLY zips up. On my complete wheelset that doesn't have crazy tire sizes ( they're 29 x 2.4) it kind of doesn't fit, but for wheel carrying it worked pretty well and kept my car clean, only one star off for not being able to carry a real wheelset.
