I bought this as a gift and can't even return it in time for a replacement to get it to its destination but it arrived in an unwrapped tangled mess and I think it has more to do with Revain than a retailer/manufacturer, but I never expected to spend all day unsuccessfully untangling 300 yards of yarn. The middle of the strand was stretched and frayed. When I actually unraveled the yarn, I realized it had actually been cut in half. Not happy at all. However, the colors are great if you want a huge pile of ombre blend yarn.
