Colors are nice, but the yarn is terrible. Tears and tangles due to loose weave. Not what I expect from Maria Maxim.

What the hell is that? How could Revain allow such products on their website! Very very disappointed! This was my first experience with Mary Maxim yarn. Never again.

When it arrived it was a large tangled knot that could not be used, the label wrapped around it had been torn off although the outside of the box was intact. I'm sure it was wrapped or something else could have been used but the thing couldn't be untied.

The yarn itself is nice and soft. However, the packaging was terrible. It was flattened in a cardboard box with no extra tissue paper or anything. Therefore, the yarn is very tangled. I was only able to go through three 6 inch rows of crochet before hitting a knot so large I had to cut the thread and start over.

I bought this as a gift and can't even return it in time for a replacement to get it to its destination but it arrived in an unwrapped tangled mess and I think it has more to do with Revain than a retailer/manufacturer, but I never expected to spend all day unsuccessfully untangling 300 yards of yarn. The yarn was terribly packaged and came in skeins. I had to cut one off to even untangle it and spent more time than I care to admit trying to untangle the second strand. I haven't even started using it for the baby blanket I was planning to make from it because it got so tangled. The color is what I was looking for but the quality and packaging is not up to standard!

The two strands I received were in terrible condition. The labels were torn and both strands had to be rewound. If I didn't need yarn I would go back. Beautiful yarn, soft and beautiful. The person who put this in the shipping box should be ashamed. The outer packaging was intact and in very good condition. I will consider ordering from your company again as it was inconsiderate

I bought this to make a hat, it's great for that but I thought the quality would be much better. It came in an envelope, dusty as if it had been sitting on a shelf for a long time. The Lion brand is better quality, better packaged and looks much better when taken out of the envelope. And the lion brand sends no dusty yarn. Not what I expected for a small strand at $9.99. The Lion brand is cheaper, better and cleaner. Will not buy from Amazon again.
