I like almost everything about this dish; Shape, grip and size. Just the right size for many things, not too big, not too small. Roast or whole chicken, pancake brownies, macaroni and cheese, you name it. Good for a small family and lots of stuff for a big family. Blue sapphire is very attractive. I also bought white. I meant a red-white-blue theme. Red hasn't turned out yet, but I'm still hoping to add it. I DON'T NEED IT BUT I WANT IT! The price is good too with free shipping. Did I say I like almost everything about it? A dark cloud is the manufacturer's name on the handles. Not only do I like the idea of promoting a name on my desk, it seems like a bit of bad manners! The raised letters are also a mecca for food to hold on to. Aside from that, it's really easy to clean up. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
