The first install in a week failed! The reason was the penetration of water into the area around the electronics. It was not sealed, so water (condensate) could collect on the resistor. We requested a new one under warranty, which was sent to us promptly. We sealed the new one with silicone so it wouldn't break like the first one. We then sent a message to the manufacturer with our findings. We have now been charged for the defective part! I do NOT remember requesting a refund! The old one got thrown out! We found the cause of the crash and fixed the reported crash and it's there, thanks?
