customer service was excellent. Just make sure to email your vehicle make and model and the year or VIN number so you will receive the correct installation instructions by email from the technicians and you are good to go. Though it's only been a few weeks I wanted to hold off on reviewing, but I've noticed slight improvements in torque and responsiveness for about the same cruise control fuel economy. Significantly worse gas mileage due to footprints and my subconscious tells me I have a chip in a 4 door sedan and now drive a race car.
