weak product. Bad design.

The elastic silicone broke during installation. One of the charging cables broke at the end and will not charge. Inserting and removing the charger from the device is difficult and I see this breakage in only a few charges. The charging port cover prevents the cable from being plugged in and presses on it so hard that after a short time I think it will dislocate the port and eventually break it.
