Battery arrived on time no problems digging. The original battery was replaced because the runtime was reduced from 15 minutes to 11 minutes. That was after 14 months of use. The new one initially took about 14 minutes but by the end of the month it was down to 8 minutes, I couldn't finish the bedroom. I switched back to the original battery. Ruzixt really tried to solve my problem, they sent me a new battery for free. This battery only lasted 8 minutes from the first charge. I have a second Shark Navigator. I tried the battery in it and it lasted almost 9 minutes. little rug on these floors. Ruzixt seems to have a supplier problem. They gave me half my money back as a good faith offer. I took it and ordered a battery from another supplier and it worked fine. Ruzixt is easy to handle, but their batteries don't work that well.
