Great Partner With A Good Understanding Of The Insurance Business
GlobalConnect has been a great partner to work with. They are always willing to work with you to find the best solution for your needs. They are very knowledgeable and have a good working relationship with the carriers. They are always willing to go the extra mile and work with you to find the best solution for your needs. I have not run into any issues with GlobalConnect that I can think of. They have been very helpful in finding the best solution for our needs. We are solving a problem that we were not able to solve with our previous carrier.
Pros
- Easy application process, quick response times via phone or email when needed! Great customer service team who works hard at resolving problems quickly without delay from them as well!! The reps seem genuinely interested about making sure there is an easy experience moving forward whenever possible..even if it's just asking questions before they recommend something..or even after recommending their recommendations.just because sometimes all its takes really simple "why"s which helps make
