Never used. I ordered it to test continuity on the device with all wires clean. However, apart from the names of each character, the instructions are pretty much useless. I've tried to find a good tutorial video but most of them aren't as push button as this one; You have a dial. So yes, it works if you know how to use it, what all the symbols mean and how to use that information.
