Do exactly what they were designed to do

Many of their reviews are a misrepresentation of the product. These pedals do exactly what they were designed to do. They offer a flat, clip-free tread to easily ride in regular shoes. Pedals are not designed to turn your SPD pedals or whatever into hardcore mountain bike pedals. If you need flat mountain bike pedals, buy flat pedals. They work with many clipless pedals, but I use them on the SPD. I have an SPD on my road bike because I prefer the shoes to other clown shoes and wanted them when I was hopping around in my flip flops. They work great. They are not difficult to put on and take off. Anyone who says otherwise shouldn't use clipless pedals. And needs a bit of practice too. Of course, when not in use, they look down. Here's a hint for those who couldn't get them face up. Flip them over with your toes. Depending on the buoyancy setting of your pedals, they will of course "wobble” back and forth a bit. They don't come with spikes and have never been told about it. rode her pretty hard and didn't part. If they come loose while riding, your pedals may be broken, but most likely you're pushing your foot sideways to reset them. Finally, I cannot stress this enough. If you need flat pedals, buy flat pedals! They are only meant for riding, but you can definitely push them and it just takes a bit of bike skill.
