This trampoline (15ft) arrived promptly and was easy to assemble. I assembled it with my 8 year old, 7 year old, and 4 year old in an afternoon. It is very sturdy and the net on the inside of the springs is about as safe as you can get.The trampoline keeps my kids outside and exercising. This was something I purchased to keep them busy during the pandemic. They can’t wait to jump any chance they get.Unfortunately, the day after we assembled this, my 3 beagles climbed the ladder and chewed up the pad covering the springs as well as a few of the blue noodles covering the outside frame. This was obviously our issue, and I contacted the seller to see about purchasing replacement parts. The seller returned my messages immediately. Jenna was polite and helpful. She mailed us the replacement parts right away valued at $140 for free!Needless to say, I took the ladder off, and now the dogs are unable to tear up the trampoline, and the kids are still able to climb up to jump without it.I highly recommend this trampoline as well as buying from this seller for the incredible customer service.
