Review on 🥣 KitchenAid KSMSFTA Sifter and Scale Attachment, White, 4-Cup Capacity by Jason Laney

I bake a lot and hate sevens. I have 2 stand mixers and thought this would be a great addition to sift all the sugar I use for buttercream. I am very disappointed with this device. it's slow Very loud. The strainer of a sifter can be a little larger than a silver dollar, so if you're trying to strain 2 cups of something, you better be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. Since the screen is so small, now if you get a lump it will clog about half of the screen and then stop the weak flow of powder and you have to disassemble it to remove the lump. I want to return it for a refund. Maybe I can give it to someone I don't really like!
