The probes are no good

I've had the first one since May 1, 2020. I've used it about three times. When I first got it, I tested the sensors in ice water and one of them showed the perfect 32 degrees. The other was 2 degrees lower. So I marked it with tape so I know which is which. Today I used both sensors to cook chicken in a smoker. One checked my smoker's temperature and the other checked the chicken. Everything was great until one of the 140 degree probes got stuck. Luckily, I discovered the problem before my chicken was completely overcooked. The sensor covered with adhesive tape was defective. I don't often write reviews but felt the need to caution people against purchasing this product. Sensors are unreliable. Other than that it's a great product but without the probes the rest of the device is useless.
