The Motorcraft WM734 wiper motor was a perfect fit and solved the high speed wiper problem only on my 2004 Ford Crown Victoria. I've already replaced the turn signal switch that contains the wiper controls and that didn't fix the problem. The bottom line is that the original versions of the Motorcraft WM734 wiper motor installed on the 2004 Crown Victoria are not adequately sealed on the circuit board that sits under the connector on the motor itself. Over time, it gets wet and contaminates the circuit board. Hopefully this device will last another 10+ years.
