Review on ProMES by Sean Zamora

This tool helps us in getting insights from our employees, it's easy for use by everyone at any level of hierarchy within an organization as well across multiple organizations or even outside partners/customers! It also provides great insight into areas we need improvement upon which can be used further towards making changes where needed most!! Nothing much so far I would say this has been helpful but there are some things could have improved like customizing reports per individual employee etc., make sure you go through all features available before using them otherwise might get lost somewhere along your way with regards what exactly they do offer.

Have started collecting data about my team members since last 6 months now i am able t share specific results & findings wtih management after every quarter -.
