Great tool if your looking into solutions which will encourage more collaboration between colleagues
Easy to use, easy access with mobile devices or desktop computers for all users in our organization (city manager included). Not enough options when searching through different categories of data available within each city department/organization site that we are using as part of an ongoing project management effort! If you want something simple but powerful then definitely consider opencites - it's worth every penny spent purchasing their product!! We're solving problems related specifically around citizen engagement by allowing citizens from across various departments including finance & budgeting etc., have quick online-access via smart phones / tablets so they can easily find answers about how things work such as what permits need submitted prior tio construction projects.
- The ability quickly navigate between sites helps immensely; not having too many clicks needed while filling out forms.very useful tool!!! Love this app :)
