Right out of the box, the remote looked pretty good. The first thing I did was put batteries in to test the remote and the lid wouldn't close all the way. The next thing I noticed was that the part of the sensor on the front of the remote wasn't the same as in the picture, it was one of the old bubble/dot sensors. Overall poor quality and I am sending the remote back. Ironically, when I opened the package, there was a "Pass" sticker on it. How do you cope when you can't even properly close the remote control with batteries? This remote looks worse than new than my 2 year old broken remote. Two plus points were that no programming was required and the buttons worked like they did on the original remote.
