I bought two rolls of tape measure. One was to replace a worn out rusty one on my 5 year old handyman saw (when the handyman was doing good things). I placed it on the stop bar on either side of the blade. my miter saw. I managed to cut the tape in half and glued it to each railing. The adhesive is included but in a separate roll that needs to be applied to the material before the tape can be applied. It was very easy to make and held up strong. Be sure to clean the surfaces thoroughly with some fantastic product, then wipe down with plenty of rubbing alcohol. If there is sticky residue from previous glue, apply baby oil to it and leave for a few hours. Scrape off any remaining residue and clean thoroughly first with Sci-Fi and then with rubbing alcohol.
