NERANENA Online Shop: Great Ideas, Horrible Implementation

The glowing testimonials I heard about the NERANENA online store made me eager to give it a try. My interactions with the company, however, were underwhelming. NERANENA has a wide variety of cooking utensils and gadgets, however not all of them are of high quality. Several of the things I bought from them turned out to be of subpar quality and not serve their intended purpose. Furthermore, there is sometimes not enough information on the products on their website to make educated purchases. Customer service was another area where I had problems with NERANENA. They did their best to answer my questions, but their explanations were dull and uninformative. They didn't appear like they cared about fixing the problems I was having or hearing my feedback. When compared to competing online retailers who focus on cooking equipment, NERANENA's selection and support services fall short. They have some promise, but in order to compete in this industry, they need to expand their product line and strengthen their focus on customer service. The NERANENA internet store is not one I can endorse based on my personal experience. There are other firms out there that provide higher-quality kitchen tools and gadgets and provide superior service to their customers.

Pros
  • Experience purchasing online that is simple and straightforward
Cons
  • There are few available choices for overseas shipping.
