Review on 🔧 Efficient Stainless Silver 1 Deburring & External Chamfering Tool by Phil Casey

It appears to be able to cut through standard black oxidized steel bolts but it's clearly cast and any shiny metal on the surface isn't high speed steel - it should be chrome plated or something. That makes me doubt the long-term hardness and durability. That's less of an issue than the fact that it simply won't cut anything smaller than 8mm in diameter, which I wish I'd known up front. This makes it unusable for me.
