The company answered several questions about cleaning and size. They specifically noted that the silicone sleeve can be removed for cleaning. However, when I tried to remove mine, I found that large pieces of silicone were stuck to the glass bottle. Despite all the care, the silicone sleeve was torn in several places and bits of it remained on the bottle when I removed it completely. (see picture) They also state that the hole is wide enough for ice. I have standard ice trays and the ice doesn't even come close. Even crushed ice, which you can buy in bags in stores, does not fit in a bottle. Finally, the bottle does not fit in a car holder. The silicone case is too thick to fit in a cup holder. The only thing right about this bottle is that it holds 32 ounces of water and it's made of glass.
