My son is a mechanic at Nissan and he tells me how often he sees power windows and such in the aftermarket. There is a button on this regulator that allows you to set it to open and close properly for auto open and auto close features, while other aftermarket products don't, meaning you lose that feature without it. I've had it for a few months now and it works great.
