I like that it allows me to create templates for different types of files with ease! It takes time getting used too but once you do get your head around how things work its really easy to use - just make sure when creating new folders/files if they are meant as attachments then add them into those groups otherwise there will be errors which can take some while sorting out! Also have more storage space available so less emails being sent back and forth asking where something has been saved or not found again!!
