I loved the kettle (it should be mentioned that the water has to be heated in another container and then poured in), it's large and very pretty. On the other hand, the mugs aren't that good, or at least the one I took out of the box wasn't. Made a teapot, poured into a cup, noticed individual leaves floating around I didn't care so I poured the tea back into the teapot to strain while pouring again and the cup fell out. silicon holder or whatever it was and almost crashed onto the tiled floor where it's sure to meet a sad end. Re-read the product description and thought maybe it was a 'feature' to make washing easier and I just missed it. Couldn't find anywhere on the page where they should fall apart so I'm posting it back because I don't need the stress of something like this happening to a kettle or whatever while I'm pouring hot tea. Can you imagine!?
