Justifies the high ratings. Very thick fabric. Pack two medium-sized suitcases and two large bags of dog food for a 1,600-mile trip. It fits on my Subaru Impreza between the cross members with a protective mat (sold separately). It was more than a hole. So it could probably cram more in with a bigger roof. The straps were difficult to put on the first time but once we got the hang of it they worked great. It bothered me that I didn't use a basket like in all the photos, but I think it would be better to just tie it to the rails. No additional ratchets were needed. It was handy to have a small lock/zip tie to hold the zip together. It is durable, coated and the sleeve is attached with velcro but is very easy to remove. So I felt better when it was closed. We rode both ways in the rain and everything was as dry as it was on the descent. More aerodynamic than the old hard top and easy to stow in a bag. An absolutely thoughtless purchase. I highly recommend it.
