Good product and great customer service
We've had this set for about 6 months now and the shaker was starting to wear out pretty quickly, even on parts that nothing touches like the outer bases of both parts. We only hand washed it as per the instructions so I contacted the company and they sent us a new shaker. I understand that things happen and won't always be perfect, so it's nice to know that a company stands behind their product. That aside, the rest of the set is fantastic and looks great on our bar. We have definitely enjoyed the cocktails more than we have since we got these.
