Don't waste your money

Surprised it got 4.8 stars. I looked at this bucket and wanted it for about 2 years. Used once and I have to say I'm not impressed. First, this is not the advertised size. Secondly, it is an uncomfortable shape, a short handle, an elongated head and a very wide neck. I had to widen the funnel for my jars so it wouldn't squirt around when trying to fill the jars with broth. The only reason I bought this was so I could fill my glasses with cleaner and have a handy pour spout. It's not like this. Filling my liter jars was a hassle and I ended up with liquid everywhere anyway. My big old ladle is way better. Tried to pour from the side, tried to pour from the front, pouring from the front works a lot better than pouring from the side, despite those necks. I wouldn't buy this again. The only thing that helped a bit was the hook on the handle, but even that was too small. If the rim of the pan is large, you'll have to try tilting it to fit it. I have yet to clean it so I don't know how it will clean and I'm sure it will last forever because I don't plan on using it very often. I'm glad I didn't use it for Jam the first time. My jam would be everywhere. I can't even imagine how you're supposed to fill a pint glass with that, no matter how hard it is to aim. Update: It didn't really last forever. I killed it the next time I used it when I left it on the bottom of the jam jar while I washed the jars, put the lids on and placed it in the water purification pot. I've done this many times in the past, but with my old metal trowel. So it burned to the bottom of the pan.
