The ability to create custom surveys with multiple choice questions as well as having an option of adding text boxes or images was very useful when creating my own survey template! I did not like that it took time before you could actually start using your new account once created so be aware this may take some time depending on how many other people are trying to get their accounts set up at same time. We used shortstack during an event we hosted where attendees were able to fill out questionnaires online through a link they received via email which helped us collect feedback about what worked best/what didn't work.
