Trip Hazzard. My son wore them for the first time yesterday. When the laces were attached to the last buckle my son was unable to put the boots on and the laces were long enough to undo the top, still attached. Therefore, to solve this problem, I left the laces attached to the penultimate buckle. But here we face a new problem – the risk of tripping. While running, the laces of one shoe caught the buckle of the second shoe and my son ended up face down with a scratch on his forehead.
