I have Friedrich air conditioners in all my rooms. This is the first 'smart' air conditioner and I'm surprised there is a bug in their software. Whenever I manually turn on the AC and then want to turn off the display (LEDs), I have to use the remote control and every time I press the display button, the fan goes on high. Strange, but even stranger, is the fact that I emailed Friedrich a month ago and received no reply. I'm sure this software bug can be fixed, but without any communication from Friedrich I think it will happen after the summer.
