The splitter is not compatible with the Xfinity Cable TV service
This splitter is not compatible with the Xfinity TV service. About a week later, problems with one of my cable boxes started. But it took multiple calls and a visit from Xfinity to diagnose and fix the problem. You had to replace this product with another, compatible splitter. It took weeks of troubleshooting and now I have a $50 paperweight. I'm disappointed that I can't return the item now.
