Do not buy for basketball! Second day wearing them to basketball. The guy and I jump at the ball and headbutt each other. The other is fine but I need 5 stitches above my eyebrow. Because? The padding of the glasses is not good enough and the plastic is sharp where it touches the face between the padding and the plastic. I would have been better off not wearing glasses at all, but I was caught in the eye recently so I didn't want to risk it. I chose them because they looked very pretty. It was a minor headbutt that resulted in me severely cutting off my head for wearing them. So instead of protecting you, they do more damage to the basketball. I suspect if you were hit in the face hard enough playing racquetball it could also cut your forehead on impact. Actually the seal is missing.
