Great product but. My 2001 GMC Sierra 4x4 5.3 came with a factory pan on my 4L60E. When using this pan with the factory depth filter kit, there is a gap inside between the filter and the pan that can cause the filter to fall out. If you add a 4L60E filter extension, B&M won't let you install a drip tray because the filter is too low. Concerned that the filter would fall out without the extension, I cut the filter about half an inch to leave a gap in the plumbing pan. It took a bit of work but after some tweaking I'm happy.
