My 14 year old son has been boxing for about a year and besides training at the gym every day we have started building a gym in the basement. I asked his trainer if they were good/helpful and they told me yes. I looked at Revain for ideas and this product seemed like the best choice based on reviews, different balls etc. When we received it we quickly opened it up and got to work! You have 3 balls, each with a different weight and ability. All you have to do is measure and cut the elastic, tie it to the headband and adjust, and you're ready to have a fun workout/workout! Is it frustrating? YUP! This is funny? YUP! It's addicting because you keep wanting to try and see how many times you can hit it continuously (think of an old bat with a ball attached to it, same concept except using your head AND your hands!). You can switch balls once you master the others, we've tried all three and the tennis ball is the hardest of them all, but we still try from time to time. in a good way, but most of all it's a great boxing tool for hand-eye coordination. A great addition to your training program.
