As other reviewers have noted, you get what you pay for with this shelf. Installation and assembly were relatively intuitive; With patience, careful measurements, and a 4 inch spirit level, I hung it myself in about 30 minutes. One of the brackets was not welded level, so even after the shelf is bolted on, there is still a 1/16 inch gap between the shelf and the bracket. I wouldn't recommend buying if you want to store something very heavy. Still, the shelves are sturdy and attractive, even if the rest of the build is a bit flimsy.
