How many times have you stapled some small parts and ended up slightly bending them because you had to adjust them? Well it happens to me. I have seen and tried these. Wow, that really is a third hand and I don't know how I managed without it. In art/craft welding you often have a small piece that is difficult to assemble, hold to fasten. The weighted tip and magnetic base are well designed and obviously made by a welder. This solves many problems. I liked it so much I also ordered the "Pro model" (only $26) which doesn't have the V-Magnet base (instead has 2 brass prongs) but does have a small clip on the front and a grounding strap. Behind. Makes it easy to properly ground a small object.
