I was looking for the best solution to my hard water problem. Dealing with powdery residue on dishes and in the washing machine when paired with expensive little 4-ounce containers at your local grocery store. I did some research and found that citric acid is the main ingredient in these tiny 4 ounce bottles. Delivery was very FAST. This shouldn't happen in another week (the shipping option I choose to save $). I'm so glad it came so early as I needed to use it right now. I immediately threw the first of two 5 pound bags into an airtight container that was easy to open/use daily and stash under the sink. the second is kept in the pantry for later. I'm actually glad it didn't come in ONE giant £10 bag but in two £5 bags. My dishes are crystal clear again at a fraction of the cost. Our washing machine no longer has a white film inside and I use less soap with each load. My whites are finally bright and white again. The towels are softer. I can't wait to see what else this product does to help me clean my home. I will continue to order citric acid from this seller!
