Used scrap suitable for spare parts

If I could I would put minus stars. I don't usually write reviews. But I definitely regret spending my money on it. When it came in the mail it looked tattered and had holes in it. Thought I'd try to get it working anyway since I've been waiting for this for so long and it always rains where I live. But it doesn't work properly so I have to buy a new one!
