These things work great. I use them in my workshop to make heavy machinery maneuverable and have ordered four sets. I could order more. I'm only giving one star because of the poor quality control. Mistake. Three of the four packages ordered arrived with missing parts. One package had to be returned because so many vital parts were missing despite the 'Quality Control Checked' sticker on one of the bags. Revane soon sent a replacement. The replacement they sent was the only package I received that had all the details. The other three sets were missing many small parts. Luckily, I have a well-equipped workshop and was able to get started with my own nuts and bolts, but carrying an incomplete set to return to a UPS store was cumbersome. I installed my latest kit today and found that one of the reel mounting bolts was missing. Very damn annoying! I can reorder them, but the only sensible way is to order an extra set, cannibalize what's missing from the other sets, and return the rest. Aside from the friggin' hassle, they're just great!
