The filter worked properly for about 3 weeks. After the filter was installed, the cold water flow initially decreased, which was to be expected. However, when we returned from a two week holiday we found that the flow had been reduced to a minimum. As we were already past our return date, we are now stuck with a non-working filter and have no option for a refund or replacement. . This is disappointing as we have no doubt that this is a quality filter that will improve the quality of our water; General online reviews and comments from Revain customers are overwhelmingly positive about this product. Either way, we'd be more than happy to simply replace the failed filter and continue using the Woder as our primary water treatment option. Surprised and disappointed.
