Review on 🔒 Premium Quality Walker 36522 V Band Clamp – Robust and Efficient Solution for Secure Joint Connections by Charles Collier

I had this stupid, stupid collar that rusted and came off on my 2016 Suburban (yes, my $45,000 Suburban had an exhaust leak, so I'm very happy about that, but I digress). I wanted to replace it with OEM quality because I plan to use this truck for a while so I bought a genuine OEM part from General Motors. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed and I really wanted to put my truck back together. I matched this part to this Walker part and since it was available as a Prime item for almost half the price I gave it a try. Strangely, both parts arrived on the same day. Upon closer inspection, I found that this Walker clamp is EXACTLY THE SAME as the original GM part. Same manufacturer, same part number, same build quality, same materials. They were literally tagged with the same numbers and information. The only difference was the GM part had a detent at the top which you don't really need and the fact that you do NOT use it makes reinstalling easier. I used the Walker part and it installed perfectly and did the job. I return the GM part and get my $30 back. Go for this one, it's the best solution to GM's dumb, dumb tech choice (and failure).
