Review on DALSTRONG Steak Knives ThyssenKrupp Straight Edge by Brandy Young

I was a bit skeptical about buying these knives at such a price. I went further and ended up buying these knives. I'm so glad I did! These knives are worth a small investment.1. Easy to hold - the knives are very well balanced and the handle is the right size and shape to make them comfortable to hold and use. My family and I have been using them for a few weeks now and I can say there is no fatigue or strain when cutting steaks, chicken and pork chops.2. The knives arrived well packaged and in a very nice box along with a lapel pin making them a very affordable gift for any occasion such as a wedding or housewarming. They also come in their own sheath. Not a paper scabbard, but a nicely crafted and fitting scabbard made out of something like plastic. Each of them has a place in the beautiful box they appeared in.3. These are good knives and I will not throw them in the dishwasher. I cleaned them by hand and they are easy to clean. The sheaths protect the blades from damage and dirt. They also protect my hands which is a big plus when I take them out of the box. All in all this is a very good set of extremely sharp knives. The blades will need sharpening after a few uses, but they'll still be sharp after about 10 dinners and slice through steaks, chicken and pork chops with ease. I even used one in preparation as I was too lazy to sharpen other knives at the time. The fins on the blades do what they're supposed to. Even when cooking raw meat, the meat does not stick to the blades. I will definitely buy more Dalstrong knives in the future and am even considering a carving knife from the same series.
