Counter not working properly
This meter did not work. When I put 6 AA batteries in the holder (outputs 9V) and connected them to the meter, there was a loud ringing sound and the battery pack started to heat up. Assuming this is normal, I connected the meter to an outside antenna and it recorded high readings, no meter readings. So I dialed back the counter (as recommended in the guide) and couldn't get an accurate reading. Finally, I researched where the tower transmitters were located, aligned my antenna with a compass, and dialed in many channels. I'm returning a failed counter.
