A lazy person is wiping the dust. <3 Not to mention he can sneak into nooks and crannies I don't want to risk my hands in (Florida and its creepy crawlies!). There's quite a bit to be said for a knitted or knitted duster, but when you need to get out and do other things quickly, these guys work as a last resort. We have a bed full of round and oval patterns that are very difficult to clean. Put the head in, turn it a few times, pull it out, done! The aforementioned bone-deep fabrics that mean business also mean an extra 2 minutes per design to remove dirt. Give the kid one of these and point to the holes and you've just created a game. The only negative is that the damn thing likes to slip off. I use two fingers to hold it in place and it works, but I almost always forget and lose the damn thing first. :D
