The Sunkey Store: A Place Where Well-Meant Goals Are Put to Rest

I was just browsing the internet when I came across the Sunkey online store, and upon first glance, I thought it may be a decent place to get some high-quality sports and outdoor goods. I can't believe how incorrect I was! To begin, the design of their website makes it appear as though it was developed by a troop of apes that have never used a computer before. My brain hurt so much after attempting to sift through their disorganized tangle of categories and products that it was even worse than a headache I get after working out. And don't even get me started on their sports water bottles! Those things are ridiculous! I placed an order for one in preparation for a weekend hike, but instead received a cheap plastic monstrosity that was more likely to make me sick with diarrhea than to satisfy my thirst. Sunkey, thank you very much for nothing! Their customer assistance is about as useful as a bicycle with square wheels, which is to say not very. The members of their support team were unresponsive when I attempted to hand back the water bottle. All I got was silence in response. I might as well have been yelling into a void for all the good it did, for nothing came of it. In a nutshell, if you value your time, money, or sanity at all, you should avoid going to the Sunkey store. Unless, of course, you take pleasure in experiencing equal parts frustration and disappointment in equal measure.

Pros
  • Reasonable Costs
Cons
  • Outdated website design and architecture
