I'm so tired of all the plastic required for traditional shampoo and conditioner bottles Hair: what for a waste. This was my first experience with shampoo and conditioner bars and it was good: I don't think I'll be going back to bottled shampoo. The result of Fresh and Clean shampoo and conditioner in terms of cleanliness and smell of the hair is pleasant, and I really like the smell. My hair is prone to dryness so I only wash it once or twice a week - this shampoo keeps it clean between washes. My only complaint is that my hair is fine, somewhat frizzy, tends to have a frizzy outer layer, and the conditioner bar doesn't work as well as liquid conditioner (I've found that I supplement the conditioner bar with Moroccan or Almond oil had to). ; So I gave 4 stars just for the moisturizer. However, I am very pleased with the overall quality as well as the reduction in mess, plastic and labor involved in recycling large shampoo bottles which initially cost more than bar shampoo. I plan to continue using shampoos and conditioners. The only thing I wish was that the shampoo and conditioner bars came with a plastic soap/conditioner container. I bought one separately and cheaply, but it would be nice if the 'first purchase' of this product came with a plastic storage case.
