Review on Foundant GLM by Robert Ryokan

I can easily log in and make updates using my PC or mobile device as well as pull reports and track donations using GLM system. It takes some time to learn all aspects of the software, but once you do it helps tremendously. There are many features that seem unnecessary or could be more user friendly. However it is getting easier to navigate and operate without needing help from technical department or having to hire consultant. We have been able to keep up with donor information in our database which has allowed us to stay in contact with donors who donate regularly as well as keep track of other important pieces of data. This also helps us track donations that are not made directly through our system. I like that you can track all of your funders and their projects. As a nonprofit this is great to keep track of our funds. It's simple to use and easy to navigate. The interface could be improved, but that's a minor issue. Not much. I would definitely recommend using this software. We are able to easily see all of our current donors and how they contribute. This makes our communications and relationship with them more organized.
